Lilian Wellington is a descendant of Arthur Wellesley, an Anglo-French witch that seeks to combine the practice of Black Magic with science, utilizing solid mathematical theorems and database attributes to strengthen her magic. She has made many breakthroughs in her research, including creating her own incomplete Artificial Gear known as "Duke Physics".

Lilian is a loose member of the Hexendämmerung, the successor of the Hexennacht, which has slowly begun thriving under the leadership of a new Grand Wicked Witch.

Appearance

She's an extremely attractive woman with long violet hair, violet eyes with dark eyelashes and succulent waist and hip line. She used to wear her mother's office clothing until the age of 20, before starting an official relationship with Louisanna d'Minuit, changing her attire to match hers. Nowadays, she wears a black and white dress with long strips of black ribbon going across the middle and white ribbon across the arms. Along with this dress, she wears a long cape. She wears this attire mostly in Vampyria, which is where she is 80% of the time.

For the remaining 20% that she spends casually amongst non-vampiric societies, Lily dons a tight black leather suit with a red trucker hat, in which she stores her mini-portal-vortex that leads to her PAST (Personalized Artificial Space-Time).

Personality

Lily is kind and caring. She's a sunshine girl, brightening the mood of normal people wherever she went. She's also considerably innovative, socially-astitute and confident in her abilities. She likes to boast about her achievements, but only if others are interested. She actually despises braggarts. She can just as easily take the lead in conversations as she can let someone else talk. She allows people to vent in front of her without judging them.

Powers & Abilities

Immense Magical Capability: Lily is extremely adept in 32 types of Magic and knows how to filter 14 of them with Black Magic. She has reached the absolute depths of 12 of those Magic, knows 85% of 17 other Magic and only knows the fundementals of the remaining 3 Magic. She can compete with universally recognized witches and is even a candidate for the vacant spot of "Wicked Witch of the North". Although her natural prowess as a witch is somewhat mediocre and unimpressive in the associations she's affiliated with, her creative talent with which she utilizes her Magic makes her a force to be reckoned with.

• Gravity Magic: Lily specializes in manipulating the properties of gravity. Her gravity-manipulation is slightly more advanced than the gravity-control of mythological beings.
  • (Limited) Space-Time Manipulation: Lilian can toy with certain aspects of reality via her specialized Gravity Magic.
• Body Enhancements: Using her knowledge over bio-physics, Lily is capable of precisely enhancing the parts of the body that she'll be needing at a moment's notice. This way she does not mindlessly waste her reserves of energy and delivers more impactful strikes with concentrated Magic-navigation. This requires no shortage of focus however and acting rash or carefree can get her killed in close-quarters combat.

Skilled Martial Artists: Ever the curious girl, Lily learned the basic moves of Karate, Taekwondo and Aikido. Individually in these sports she would not be able to compete with a black-belt, but the skills she possesses along with the creativity in which she can use them are more than enough to put down bruttish enemies. Learning and re-learning these skills also sharpens her focus.

Equipment

Duke Physics: A transformative bike that Lilian crafted with junk machinary and other outdated items. It possesses a power core that has a primary euclidian magnetic field-wall, a secondary anti-matter wall and the soul of Bakunawa, the Lunar-Devourer as the energy source. The bike has three forms besides its base one: a claymore, a lance and a cannon.

• Mistress of Probability: Duke Physics has a quantum super-computer that processes hundreds to thousands of calculations in the span of 1/10th of a second. When she attacks the computer marks an area of 50 cubic meters with countless invisible markers that analyze every single movement of any nearby hostile presences. The computer's data is then run through the power core and then to Lily's brain. This gives her a short-term absolute precognition within those 50 cubic meters. Targets that she would normally have 1/1002 probability of hitting now have 1/10 probability of getting hit by Lily. However, she can only preform this for about a minute before the computer and her brain begin experiencing a severe burnout.
