Zoth-Ommog or The Dweller in the Depths is the third son of Cthulhu and the only active acolyte of Yogg-Sothoth after the second war with the Outer Gods. He is the overlord of the Yugg race and the Xoth star system, his place of origin.
Appearance[]
Originally, Zoth-Ommog had a cone-shaped body, a razor-fanged reptilian head rather like that of a Tyrannosaurus rex, four broad, flat, starfish-like arms with suckers, and a mane of tentacles. During the Paleolithic Era, during the time of the cavemen, Zoth-Ommog was encountered by a few such specimen and he unconsciously altered his form to resemble theirs.
In present days, Zoth-Ommog appears as a very attractive individual, male and sometimes female, who has pitch black hair, demonic red eyes and pale skin. His choice of clothing and height varies.
As an Outer God, Zoth-Ommog's hair grows in length and turns white. He also grows numerous mouths all over his limbs, each one lined with a set of incredibly sharp fangs, which he can use on the offence and for regenerative purposes. His skin also appears to have a dark-red mass growing from the ends of his limbs and branching onto his body.
Personality[]
Zoth-Ommog is a cold, cowardly, apathetic and thorny individual, untrustful of most beings besides the Pillars of the Neo Outer Gods Riege. He is said to constantly seek something and his ultimate desire may be to encompass all of Creation so he wouldn't have to fear anyone, which is why Yog-Sothoth took a slight interest in mentoring him.
Zoth-Ommog hated his older siblings as much as he despised the Kotoamtsukami and other powerful Primordial Entities. When he was a young Great Old One, Zoth-Ommog would be considered irrelevant when compared to his older brothers, which festered deep hatred, jealousy and an inferiority complex deep in his heart. After narrowly avoiding his demise at the hands of Amenominakanushi a few times, he became overly cautious and his sense of inferiority only deepened.
Zoth-Ommog shows a somewhat soft side when taking care of Ota Mayuko, treating her as a little sister. He also feels very infatuated with Achlys, a daughter of Nyx and Chaos]and has sought her a few times in the past.
History[]
Zoth-Ommog was born in the Xoth System as the third "son" by Cthulhu and Idh-yaa after his siblings - Ghatanothoa, Ythogtha and before Cthylla. As he grew, he clashed several times with many of the Primordial Entities, including members of the Kotoamatsukami and the children/grandchildren of Chaos. Eventually, he was imprisoned by the Elder Gods, eldritch enemies to the Great Old Ones and Outer Gods, beneath the seabed near Ponape and R'lyeh within the crust of Earth, where Gaea's aura energy could suppress his rampages. Like his older brother Ythogtha, Zoth-Ommog is served by Father Ubb and the Yuggs.
During the War of the Gods arc, he was freed by Cthulhu and fought alongside him against the Kotoamtsukami and the Eastern Asian factions. It's said he narrowly avoided getting killed by Sun Wukong, Tsukuyomi, Amenotokotachi and the descendants of Tomoe Gozen and Oda Nobunaga.
He was the first member of the newly founded Neo Outer Gods Riege and was immediately ranked as a Pillar after the faction's system was also established. He was fed the salvaged essence of Yogg-Sothoth and ascended to Outer Godhood. He now commands the Yuggs and every other terrestial Lovecraftian race on Earth. He and his minions lure humans, demons, angels or minor deities to become followers of the Neo Outer Gods Riege or make sacrifices in their name.
During the first parts of the Spriggan Arc, Zoth-Ommog would try to infiltrate the Kotoamatsukami only to be driven away by Shishioka Yukine. Later, he was tasked with rescuing Morgana Le Fay from Nemesis and Achlys. However by encountering Achlys in flesh once more, Zoth-Ommog became abandoned his original mission and fought with Achlys, coming out victorious and stealing her soul. After being tracked down by Nyx, he fought her and came close to being eradicated had his mother Idh-Yaa not interfered. However, Idh-Yaa did not prevent Nyx from punishing Zoth-Ommog for his actions. He could be later seen walking around as Achlys' slave while covered in still-healing wounds. After his father's desertion from Spriggan, Zoth-Ommog begrudgingly joined hands with his former enemies.
Powers & Abilities[]
Immense Strength: Zoth-Ommog started out as one of Cthulhu's weaker children and wasn't really a considerable threat for beings like the Elder Gods, but eventually he grew more and more powerful as he learnt how to corrupt and feed on the energies of Gaea, Surtr and Pontus, which surrounded him during his imprisonment in the depths of the Earth's crust. During the battle with the Kotoamatsukami and the eastern deities, Zoth-Ommog consumed many of his enemies and fallen comrades, which exponentially increased his power level. His strength is further amplified after he becomes an Outer God and he now possess strength similar to that of a First-Generation Primordial.
Immense Speed: He is said to have traversed star systems as a Great Old One. Her currently should be able to keep up with the likes of the Trimuti in his base form. He is also fast in combat as shown when Father Ubb didn't even realized he was dead until way after Zoth-Ommog cut his head off.
Immense Durability: He has survived encounters with many of the Primordial Entities. He is so powerful that cannot be hurt by Nova or below claw beings. He was able to endure a beating from Nyx for about two hours.
High Intelligence: Zoth-Ommog, while not necessarily a genius, is still cautious individual and he is aware of when his chances of winning are zero.
High-Speed Regeneration: Like other Old Ones, Zoth-Ommog possesses an immense healing factor. He is able to heal himself from a tiny subatomic particle.
Eldritch Magic: Like his siblings, he is skilled at using the magical power of his ancestors.
Adaptive Evolution: Like the rest of his kin, Zoth-Ommog can consume other entities, including fellow Outer Gods and make himself stronger and tougher. He can even consume the subtle energies released by his opponents during battle, which makes him troublesome to deal with.
Gene-Splicing: Zoth-Ommog can infect any living being's DNA with his, turning them into his minions.
Biomass Manipulation: Zoth-Ommog can mass produce mutative biomass that corrodes or devours anything from living beings to souls to wraiths of absolute darkness or celestial spirits.

Cloak of the Lurker: The Cloak of the Lurker is a Lovecraftian cloak crafted entirely out of small rifts between the Outerverse and Creation. It is used to contain most of Yog-Sothoth's remaining power which was transferred to Zoth-Ommog after the former's "death". While wearing it, Zoth-Ommog can utilize Yog-Sothoth's main abilities to a lesser extend.
- Paradox Cards: The Paradox Cards of the Cloak of the Lurker is a world of fictitious and fabricated intervals in space-time that doesn't technically exist at all. It is something that can only be entered through the cloak and not even omnipotent beings can find it. Zoth-Ommog uses it to traverse Creation undetected or to take someone hostage. The world's appearance is purely made out of cards of different sizes, which is where it gets its namesake from.
- The One-In-All: Zoth-Ommog can infuse the cloak completely with his body, which unlocks the true potential of his Outer God powers, giving him abilities such as Durability Negation, Death Manipulation, Immortality, Acasualty, Absolute Telepathy, Spatial Manipulation and Reality Warping. He can maintain the form for a short time, before his body automatically reverts.
