Hakuryuukou Children (白竜こどもたち Hakuryū kodomo-tachi) are the children of Vali Lucifer and various powerful females. They are as famous, or rather infamous, as the Sekiryuutei Children whom they see as rivals. However, because Vali only married Genbu Doumon, only Valerica Lucifer is considered a legitimate Lucifer child, while the rest are bastards. Because of this, the Hakuryuukou Children are far less functional and their familial bond is weak.
They are designed to be main characters/antagonists in Anty's hypothetical story.
Overview
Vali Lucifer did what every insanely overpowered battle maniac with few equals and superiors would do. Go around the world and spread his seed. Of course, he only indulged in females that either interested him or just had the power to secure whatever offspring they conceived would be powerful enough to one day challenge him. This obviously backfired on the White Dragon Emperor later on, as now there are multiple beings who have some of his powers running wild. The only exception is Valerica, who was raised and nurtured within a happy marriage between Vali and Genbu. The rest did not feel that affection from Vali, so they cannot exactly see eye to eye with their sister.
Power
"If raw untamed power of the new generations could be neatly measured, I'd say the Sekiryuutei Children rank 9/10 and the Hakuryuukou Children rank 11/10. Perhaps it's something with their Lucifer blood..." is what most people with common sense who know about the existence of these entities has said. Indeed, due to several factors, the children of the White Dragon Emperor have started off crazy strong, even for a generation as crazy as the current one. They are naturally superior in fighting than most of the Red Dragon Emperor's children. Their bond is not strong however and they rarely help each other out, so even if they can decimate a faction or two on their own, they can still be stopped quite easily with enough cunningness and manpower.

- All of Vali's children are pale-skinned, pale-haired with golden eyes, except Lilith, who is adopted.
- All of their names have a special meaning:
- Mihnea is the name of Vlad II's son.
- Shirone is the real name of Koneko. Kuroka named her second daughter such as an act of affection for her sister.
- Edelweiss is a mountain flower of great cultural significance. It's name translates to "white nobility".
- Kaiserin is the german word for "Empress".
- Dahlia is scandinavian for "valley". It's also the name of a very pretty flower.
- Marie comes from "Virgin Mary", the mortal mother of Jesus.
- Numesses basically means "son of Nu", kind of like Ramesses - "son of Ra". It is a honorific name.
- Valerica means "strong" and sounds similar to Vali.
- Only Shirone and Valerica hang around the Sekiryuutei Children. They're also the friendliest and least legally troublesome children.
